The DEVI underfloor heating mats for concrete floors have been created for a range of installations. Installing a Devicomfort DTIR-150 has been made simple as they are ready to roll onto the floor as soon as they come out of the box.
DEVIcomfort underfloor heating mats for concrete are a very high-quality, self-adhesive all-in-one mat with a strong red PVC outer sheath (non UV stable). It has been created specifically for applying to a concrete floor structure.
Every single mat will have a cold lead which is an installation cable with solid conductors that allows for fast installation. By having a clearly visible connection, it minimises the risk of accidentally installing the heated cable.
DEVIguard Warranty - The best in class floor guard warranty, DEVI Floor Guard warranty not only guarantees it's heating systems but also guarantees the floor in the unlikely event that the system cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing fault. Some other manufacturers will only offer product warranties which don't include the replacement of the flooring. This just goes to show DEVI's commitment to the quality of their product. Every heating mat created has been inspected. This will include tests such as Ohmic resistance, high voltage and material controls.

They sold us three zones but only two thermostats. Therefore cannot control heat in one zone. The Devi Matt floor was fitted by an electrician and an experienced carpenter laid the floor. However as I write this the heat only works in 25% of the room. Will likely have to lift the newly laid floor and will be writing to their customer services
