DEVIreg Smart Electric Programmable Thermostat - Polar White
A little fiddly to fit the wires, and my experience with a single stranded power feed cable was that it was difficult to secure.
Once I had found that to be the issue, I found a work around, connected up, and the floor was heating up.
The app is OK, the button is top left corner.
