poor service courier company left the matt and thermostat in the pouring rain but said they delivered to my neighbour , no reply to emails .when placing order the we specified the site address but it was delivered to my personal address, nightmare website **** service

'Fast despatch'
Needed a replacement programmer for our Devi underfloor heating urgently. Rang the Sales dept, placed the order in under 2 minutes and the replacement arrived mid-morning the following day!
